Ogun is a web-based platform which integrates construction sites and their planning with suppliers and their systems. It hosts projects, files, and discussions as an all-in-one digital solution for project management. Ogun has a team of nearly 30 – and growing! – and is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

Chief Executive Officer / Civil Engineer & Serial Entrepreneur

With an MSc in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona) and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School (Madrid), Ignasi Salvador has widespread experience across the value chain of the construction sector. He started his career in design before moving into engineering and construction site projects.

An entrepreneur by heart, Ignasi co-founded ALTAC when he was 25 years old. Today this company is the market leader in the design and construction of solar towers. He later moved to Denmark, where he managed technical and project departments in an industrial chimney design and production company.

Ignasi later returned to Spain to join one of the main players in the steel sector as Innovation Director. He is passionate about applying strategic design to improve collaboration among teams.

Ignasi is married to Maria and has four children. He tries to spend as much quality time with them as possible.


Chief Operating Officer / Civil Engineer

Benjamin trained as a civil engineer while competing for the world-class Loughborough University Athletics Club (400m). In 2014 he joined CELSA Steel UK, leading the Business Development and Marketing Department for nearly 4 years. His successes include an Anti-Dumping case and a communications plan against imports of Chinese rebar. He launched the Charter for Sustainable British Steel and became a leading voice in sustainable construction and procurement in the UK construction industry.

In 2017, Benjamin’s role shifted into a technology and leadership position. He led the creation, implementation and upgrade of a nationwide algorithmic pricing system in more than 16 sales locations covering ~£200M turnover per annum.

In 2018, Benjamin joined Ogun as Sales and Operations Manager and the company’s first employee. After growing the team to more than 20 members and securing substantial seed funding, Benjamin is now Chief Operating Officer overseeing commercial and HR. In his role, he develops the culture and teams within Ogun, leading with a focus on coaching and employee growth.

Ben is married to his wife Nicolle, who is a Clinical Psychologist for the NHS (UK).


Chief Technology Officer / Software Engineer

Mariusz received his Bachelor and Master degrees in computer science. He is an agile leader with many years of professional experience in international projects. Recently, he has led and scaled teams of engineers by establishing high quality standards and best practices in software engineering, and by mentoring team members. Mariusz is a specialist in the design and implementation of highly-scalable web architectures, leveraging open-source technologies and high-level programming languages. His experience is based on a variety of projects in industries including banking, media streaming, payments, advertising, electronic voting, and IT consultancy. Mariusz has led many cross-functional teams in Spain, Italy, and the UK on high-calibre products.
