Procore Integration

This integration will help PROCORE and OGUN users to work in a coordinated way on those construction projects shared between them. It only requires that one of the participants in the project has his/her profile registered on both platforms. This person acts as a link between the PROCORE and OGUN work teams, and allows the updating of the data shared on both platforms.

Enabling this integration allows both teams to create and notify issues that arise in the development of the shared project and add the comments that are necessary to resolve them. On the other hand, it also allows managing deliveries of materials on site, notifying all parties when they are delivered.

One of the most important advantages is that it allows subcontractors who do not need to use a digital tool as powerful as PROCORE to use a simpler but equally effective management tool for their construction projects, and coordinate on site with the contractor that does use PROCORE.

How to activate the integration

These are the steps you need to follow to get integrated with OGUN digital platform:

1. Link your Ogun and Procore accounts

  • From Ogun, visit the Settings / Integrations section
  • Select Procore integration
  • Enter your Procore credentials and your Ogun and Procore accounts will be linked (you should have and ADMIN account at Procore in order to make the link)

2. Link your project

  • From Ogun, access a site
  • Add an integration
  • Select Procore
  • Select the project you want to link
  • Your project has been linked

Report an issue at the site

Any issue, unforeseen change, or problem at site can be managed using this feature. Here we will write down the issue and share it with the rest of the team members. Photos, documents and checklists can be included.

How does it work?


OGUN –> PROCORE

  1. Create an ISSUE  in OGUN (it will appear in PROCORE)
  2. Fill all the information and manage the task.
  3. When the ISSUE is solved, click on “Mark as Completed”
  4. It will appear in PROCORE completed as well.

PROCORE –> OGUN

  1. Create an OBSERVATION  in PROCORE
  2. Fill all the information and manage the task.
  3. When the OBSERVATION is solved, mark it as completed in PROCORE
  4. It will appear in OGUN completed as well.

Among all the functionalities available in OGUN in the ISSUES section, these are the ones that you can share with integrated PROCORE users, which will be displayed on both platforms in an updated way every time they are modified by any of the members. of both teams:

  • Create a shared ISSUE
  • Make comments on this task
  • Mark the task as “Resolved”

At the moment, it is not possible to share photos, documents, checklists or timesheets created in OGUN but we are working on it.

Material deliveres at site

This feature allows you to coordinate all supplier deliveries on site, including scheduled time (date and hour), place, name of supplier and also attach pictures, documents, etc.

How does it work?


OGUN –> PROCORE

  1. Create a DELIVERY in OGUN (it won’t appear in PROCORE)
  2. Fill all the information and manage the delivery.
  3. When the DELIVERY is finished, click on “Mark as Delivered” 
  4. It will appear in PROCORE delivered as well in the Diary Log.

PROCORE –> OGUN
